Bread Casserole with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • robust bread
  • 1 l of milk
  • 50 dag cheese
  • 4 spoons of parmesan
  • ½ tomatoo sauce
  • 40 dag of white mushrooms
  • 30 g of butter
  • garlic, salt, pepper

Preparing

Slice the bread and pour with milk. Put it in layers in greased casserole. Each layer spread with tomatoo sauce, minced garlic, fried mushrooms and cheese. Apply parmesan to the last layer, butter, pepper and salt. Put it into oven for 60 minutes.
