Casserole with Mushrooms and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 kg of potaoes
- 40 dag of mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 30 dag cheese
- 150 ml sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 spoons minced green parsley
- 3 spoons of oil
- salt, pepper, cayenne
Preparing
Peel of the potatos, cut it into 4-5 mm slices. Put it into casserole, glaze with oil, cover and bake in oven for 30-40 minutes. Fry the sliced onion and add to it sliced mushrooms. Fry it few minutes.
Spread the mushrooms with onion on the potatoes. Glaze it with cream mixed with egg, salt, green parsley and pepper. Apply grated cheese amf cayenne to the top. Then, bake it 10 minutes more.
Edible mushrooms are used extensively in cooking, in many cuisines (notably Chinese, European and Japanese).
