Golden Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 50 dag of mushrooms (small, closed)
- 1 egg
- flour, salt, bread-crumbs
Preparing
Clean the mushrooms and remove the shanks. Coat the mushroom caps in melted egg, bread-crumbs and flour. Fry on oil up to golden colour. Serve hot.
Latin sysyematic name of mushroom is "Agaricus".
